Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Centennial CO

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a SaaS organization looking to add a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to their high performing team. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager supports the global organization to achieve short, medium, and long-term strategic and financial goals. In this role you will serve as a key member of the Accounting & Finance Team driving growth, expense optimization, as well as all facets of financial, operational and sales analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement methods and techniques to improve forecasting, financial evaluations and analyses, financial processes, and system functionality
  • Lead creation and communication of monthly operating reporting packages
  • Develop internal reporting to highlight trends and opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality, in-depth narratives of significant variances to prior year, budget, and prior forecast. Highlight trends and significant drivers of forecast
  • Monthly recurring communication meetings with relevant managers
  • Primary contact for all corporate budget & projection inquiries
  • Build, maintain and review sophisticated financial models, perform sensitivity analysis and communicate results to management for efficient decision making
  • Work closely with the business unit CFO and Controller to perform ad hoc analysis to assess potential impacts on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance
  • Work closely with the Corporate FP&A team internationally to report business unit results and drive corporate strategy within the business unit
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive strategic projects and own departmental results

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required, MBA, CPA and/or advanced technical degree preferred
  • Must have 6+ years of experience in a Corporate FP&A department to be considered
  • SaaS industry experience a plus
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data from different sources to tell a succinct story
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other team leads
  • Master in Excel and PowerPoint
  • QuickBooks, Tableau, Salesforce and NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Previous supervisory experience required

Location: Denver Tech Center

Compensation: $120,000-$125,000 base salary plus variable bonus, which is currently trending at 130% of plan
