The Lincoln Group has partnered with an exceptional Engineering Firm, in the embedded software solutions, electronic manufacturing industry, who is looking for an HR Manager. This company provides leading edge technology in a wide diversity of industries to include, advanced medical diagnostic equipment, high energy physics experiments, industrial Internet of things (IoT) automation systems, airborne reconnaissance and other defense and aerospace systems.

Compensation: 85,000 –  $90,000 per year, plus benefits. (Relocation assistance provided).

Reporting to the Global Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for managing human resources operations by contributing to people development activities, including but not limited to, high volume talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, affirmative action, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and AA/EEO compliance. This is a hands-on role that involves duties such as administration of benefits, working on payroll, maintaining records among others.


Support Director of Human Resources in the administration of domestic and international HR programs and initiatives.

Maintain constant communication with domestic and global locations during different time.

Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.

Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.

Communicate  and enforce organizational  values.

Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Project Management of special projects; identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction

Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Enhances HR Department and Organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


Bachelors Degree in business or applicable discipline

At least 7 years of Human Resources management (true generalist) experience in a growing manufacturing organization with a high percentage of hourly team members.
