Human Resources / Talent Manager Contractor Las Vegas Nevada

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the Residential Services Industry, who is looking for a Human Resources /Talent Manager, on a Contractual basis for a minimum of 6 months, who will be responsible for implementing a High Volume, and Wide Reaching Recruitment Program.  The ideal person will have hands on experience recruiting for Industrial Technicians (HVAC/Plumbing), Call Center, and Accounting /Finance Professionals. In addition to Recruiting, the Contractor will be responsible to handle the day to day HR functions that arise in a company that has 800+ employees, and spans multiple states throughout the Southwest.  

Compensation commensurate with experience, starting at $50.00+ per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Implement a recruiting strategy for seasonal employment, technicians, call center and corporate staffing needs. 
  • Lead a team of internal recruiters with a hands on approach to creating, implementing, and assisting in the recruitment process.
  • Manage the day to day HR functions of a multi-state company.
  • Meet and Report to the President on a weekly, and as needed basis. 
  • Liaison with department heads and executive management for hiring needs, and other HR related matters.
  • Execute offer letters, and other related HR documents.
  • Additional HR related projects and functions as needed.
