Account Executive – Job Description

 

Division: Lincoln Engineering & Industrial LLC

Reports to: Selling Branch Manager

Position: Account Executive

Location: Camarillo, CA

 

Lincoln Engineering & Industrial LLC is searching for an Account Executive for a high-performing, fast-growing Team in Camarillo, CA. This role will be responsible for new business development, hunting, prospecting, networking, sales, account management, pipelining recent searches, and ultimately placing mid to executive level talent, across the functional areas of business, in executive search and consulting engagements.

 

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary and uncapped commission compensation plan

Starting base salary range of $60,000 – $70,000

Paid vacations are unlimited but require approval

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

3+ years of new business development experience in a Staffing/Recruitment environment

3+ years of sales experience in professional services

Proven track record of success

 

Responsibilities will include:

Build territory sales plans and maintain a pipeline of target companies and prospects

Perform outbound sales calls to uncover contract/consulting needs within small to large companies in the local markets

Maintain relationships with current and new clients by continuously having face-to-face interactions

Account development with current clients and ensure searches are being filled by the service delivery standard

Maintain weekly KPIs to ensure success in the business

Manage the client’s life cycle from beginning to end

Continuously identifying new prospects and initiating contact to qualify potential clients

Performing the initial intake call to understand the needs of the client and company and advise accordingly to market rates and requirements

Work closely with recruiters to assure appropriate job order coverage

Manage the candidate submission process, performing quality control review with every candidate submitted

Coordinate the process of interviews with the client, along with interview preps and debriefing on interviews

Negotiating fee agreement, terms, guarantee, fee percentage, and bill rates with clients

Verifying professional references are completed for each candidate placed

follow up on new prospect leads

Maintaining relationships with clients constantly, ensuring their Lincoln Group experience is seamless and exceptional

Partner with the corporate operations team for administrative tasks such as background check process, paperwork, and tax information, as well as benefits information for consultants

Keep up with employee timesheets and ensure proper approval for timely payroll processing
