Compensation Manager Menasha Wisconsin

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a Northcentral Wisconsin growing employer in search of a Compensation Manager, on a direct-hire basis, to join their exceptional team! The Compensation Manager will report to the VP of Human Resources. They will support leadership and work to advance the mission through administering the compensation plan and performance management process. This position will collaborate and ensure the compensation programs adhere to regulations and support strategic objectives. The Compensation Manager will also develop and support service delivery that embraces the mission, vision and values. Location: Menasha, WI
Work Schedule: Hybrid M-F
Compensation: $90000-100,000K/per year
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
- Plan, develop and administer the compensation process as it aligns with the company’s business objectives and attracts and maintains and engages top talent.
- Assist with formulation of recommendations to the compensation plans and forecast and model as needed to stay abreast of compliance requirements. Develop and support the data and processes to be competitive in the market.
- Conduct compensation analysis programs through internal surveys and conducting market trends and analysis.
- Plan, design, review and executive the compensation cycles and as well as the annual review process including the executive compensation plan.
- Become the SME for the company’s compensation program and ensure company policies are following government regulations.
- Lead the organization’s compensation strategy and communication initiatives to ensure employee support, engagement and understanding of the plan.
- Standardize the processes with documented SOP’s and automation to help drive continuous improvement.
- Manage all third-party vendors and partners as they relate to the compensation plan.
- Maintain compensation program to ensure compliance with Federal, State laws and regulations.
- Partner with the HRBP’s and leaders to identify trends and advise on benchmarks on annual market and merit budgets.
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of HR and compensation experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
- Develop, lead and empower the HR team.
- Set priorities, take initiative and plan workflow.
- Strong understanding of strategies in compensation plan and overall business partnerships
- Ability to build strong internal relationships as well as with both customers and vendors.
