Pricebook Administrator Greenwood Village CO

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a fast-growing organization in search of a Pricebook Administrator, on a direct-hire basis, to join their exceptional team located in the Denver Tech Center. This position will ensure the integrity of the corporate Pricebook by working with the Marketing team and Vendors to establish and maintain the flow of item-level retail and cost information and ensures data integrity of information and ensures data integrity of information entered in the Pricebook to be accurate, complete, and properly formatted. We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to making sure these critical processes are effectively, accurately, and efficiently completed to support our business team in a fast-paced environment.


Type of Hire: Direct Hire

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Location: Denver Tech Center

Work Schedule: In the office from 7 am-3 pm or 8 am-4 pm

Compensation: up to $43,680 annually



·Work with Category Managers and Vendors to ensure vendor information is received in a timely manner and standard format.

·Processes vendor invoices and Pricebook imports via EDI and manually, resolving any issues.

·Oversee naming conventions based on the needs of Marketing departments and POS attributes such as taxability, EBT eligibility, etc.

·Supports a Marketing Rebate program in PDI Enterprise by maintaining accurate manufacturers, brands, and VIN cost attributes on items.

·Provides support to the accounting department by processing cost exceptions to ensure vendors and partners are honoring agreed-upon costs.

·Assists Marketing and Operations in the field.

·Responsible for maintaining all items, Standard Retails, Cost, Promotional Retails, and Mix–Match Promotions in a PDI software environment.

·Analyzes invoice exceptions, makes changes and notifications as needed, and communicates data requirements to vendors.

·Providing vendor Pricebook reports and ensuring that the gross margin targets are followed for all new and changed items.

·Responsible for managing the PDI Market Link software to provide weekly reports to industry partners in the required formats, ensuring accurate program configuration and responding to requests from partners for clarification.

·Provides support to the stores for issues such as non-scanning items, incorrect retail, or promotional issues and make any necessary corrections or pass the information along to the appropriate staff, ensuring the issues are resolved quickly and communicated to the stores.

·Assist the Audit team with identifying and correcting inventory issues.



·Associate degree and or equivalent work experience or training

·Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
