Project Manager – IT Las Vegas NV

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a fast growing, multi-state, industry leader in the Construction and Residential Client Services industry in search of a long-term (minimum 1 year) Contract Project Manager, with experience in IT and/or Financial Systems. The PM will report to the Director of Information Technology and will be responsible for the oversight of the Company Data and Reporting Project. A background in IT Management and/or Financial Systems will be necessary, along with experience with PM SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
Compensation: 100,000+ DOE, plus great benefits – medical, dental, vision & 401K!
Responsibilities:
· Create Statement of Work and Project Scope for Company Data and Reporting Project
· Set project goals and plans to meet those goals
· Set Project Delivery Timeline and Milestones
· Develop Communication Plan for Executives and Stakeholders
· Coordinate project team resources and responsibilities
· Organize Executive team meetings on project status and progress reports
· Interview Executives, Department Heads, Branch Regional and General Managers
· Capture Data and Business Requirements for reporting consensus
· Create a Business Requirements Document that has been approved by the Business
· Document agreed on Job Workflows, Metrics and KPI’s for standardized reporting
· Conduct Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plans: PCR’s / Change Management Plan as needed
· Oversee Release Roll Outs with Technical Teams as needed
Requirements
· 7+ years in Project Management SDLC and Agile Methodologies
· PMP, CSM or similar certification
· CBAP or similar certification
· Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
· Use of Project Management tools to track Project Schedules, Resources and Budgets
· Background in IT and or Financial Systems
· Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
Education and Training:
IT Management – B.S. Business Administration or equivalent experience
Management Skills: Well versed in coordinating with IT specialists to meet the requirements of an organization and business sector needs ·
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Software Proficiency: with applications such as MS Office Suite and Project Management tools.
