Senior Manager of Consolidations and International Reporting Signal Hill California

The Lincoln Group has partnered with an exceptional skincare treatment company in the Cosmetics Industry, Beauty Supply, and Personal Care Products, which is looking for a Senior Manager of Consolidations and International Reporting. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker who is knowledgeable and inspiring.

Location: Signal Hill, CA

Work Schedule: Full time in the office

Compensation: $150k plus bonus 30 %




Support in the preparation of key financial statement reports for the consolidation and Reporting of all Beauty Health Subsidiary entities

Partner with other global accounting teams to ensure proper accounting and reporting of activities from legal, management, and regulatory reporting perspectives 

Assist with the coordination and communication associated with the global monthly close process

Complete the aggregation, elimination, and translation of the Inter-Company reporting 

Prepare flux analysis for review with subsidiary accounting teams and BH Director of Consolidations and International reporting

Review subsidiary monthly accounting submissions to ensure consistent application of accounting policies, considering local regulations, and accounting standards

Supports and partners with subsidiary accounting teams to ensure monthly submissions are completed in line with the month-end close timetable and assist in developing the use of the BH ERP and Accounting system.

Review and sign off on subsidiary Balance Sheet reconciliations for presentation to, and review by Senior Management.

Assist in the implementation of new accounting policies, procedures, and systems. 

Acts as the secondary contact with the organization’s internal and external auditors on relevant accounting matters relating to consolidations and international accounting 

Assist in ensuring SOX compliance is applied across the subsidiary accounting teams 

Mentor and coach subsidiary accounting teams to further develop competencies

Leads by example and model behavior that is consistent with the company’s values



Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Demonstrates strong analytical skills 

Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment 

Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

Strong Excel skills

Experience with public companies 

8+ years experience in the accounting field 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited University required 

CPA preferred 

International Accounting experience (preferably in Europe and Asia)
