The Lincoln Group has partnered with a world class leader in the Casino Gaming Software Solutions and Services Industry, in search of an exceptional Account Manager, on a direct-hire basis, who will be an integral contributor to their exceptional, and fast growing Business Development Team. This role offers the opportunity for domestic and international travel!
Compensation; 75K, plus commission, plus yearly bonus, 100% paid employee and family paid medical, dental & vision, 401K w/match, and generous PTO and Holidays
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for the growth and management of several key accounts while representing the entire product portfolio to increase revenue.
- Establish key relationships throughout account base to grow and manage business
- Travel as required to maintain and grow accounts properly and professionally
- Create strategies securing long-term business
- Create strategies to win new business
- Project Manage /Oversee new business growth identifying opportunities, collaborate both internally and with the customer to ensure project execution, to ultimately delivering solutions
- Timely reporting of account activities & forecasting future business
- Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
- 5 – 7+ years of Casino Gaming sales or related experience and/or bachelors degree in related field of study
- This position requires frequent travel, both domestic and internationally
- Excellent communication & ability to create and deliver professional presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- Flexible schedule to accommodate early and late international calling & video conferencing
- Passion for technology
