Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lincoln Group Industrial Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Coppell, TX! The ideal ‘TAS’ will have the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, along with being a technology mastermind. Not only will this person manage the first stage of the recruiting process, but they will also engage passive candidates. This role will be onsite.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $22/hr

Responsibilities:

·Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

·Source potential candidates through online platforms (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, LinkedIn) AND through telephone and texting software

·Foster long-term relations with potential candidates and past applicants

·Plan interview/selection procedures (e.g., in-person interviews, screening calls, and assessments)

·Organize and attend recruitment and hiring events

·Design interview questions and job descriptions, reflecting the requirements for each position

·Heavy use of telephony services to contact potential

Qualifications:

·Tech oriented

·Microsoft Office: proficiency in Excel, Outlook & Word

·People and networking skills

·Prior experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role

·Candidate follow up and tracking abilities

·A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

·Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
