Vice President of Supply Chain Denver Colorado

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a confidential client on an exclusive search for a Vice President of Supply Chain. This position will be Responsible for complete oversight of the Distribution and Supply Chain Department and report directly to the CFO. This role is salaried with a 10% annual bonus and provides a flexible hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable, hard worker who shares our goal of empowering others to live their best lives.

Location: This job is based out of Denver, Colorado

Work Schedule: Hybrid with 1-2 days in the office and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Salary Range: $150K – $200K DOE




Direct oversight of a fast-scaling eCommerce platform that involves collaboration with 3PL (third party logistics) partner

Identify areas of opportunity for additional revenue streams through the distribution model

Oversee all Sourcing and Procurement processes, ensuring that budget KPIs are met or exceeded

Drive improvement in forecast accuracy linked to Sales & Financial forecasts

Develop and grow vendor contacts

Help meet our business objectives for product development, corporate innovation, cost reductions, and supply continuity

Responsible for working with the Finance Director to create and maintain an annual budget, financial for forecasts pro forma models for both current and future brands

Manage the day-to-operations of the distribution center

Evaluate and improve warehouse processes and procedures

Develop supply chain capabilities physical and systematic improves cost and service level to customers

Implement a 3-5 year strategy to scale the distribution center 

Safeguard the company’s inventory and equipment assets.

Develop and implement proper inventory controls that include timely and accurate inventory reporting

Monitor and ensure that accurate pricing is maintained through the distribution center

Implement safety standards and ensure that team follows all required safety measures




Minimum of 10 years experience in a Supply Chain environment 

Bachelor’s agreement or equivalent 

Understanding of managing a PnL

Ability to scale supply chain and distribution processes 

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

The ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to sit for long periods

Ability to travel domestically

Ability to stand for long periods




Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic

A desire to learn the business and to take personal responsibility for your success 

Exceptional organizational, verbal & written communication, and time management skills include, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
