About Colton Zastrow
Throughout my career, I focus on establishing and maintaining customer relationships, working with stakeholders to devise and develop successful teams while providing a high-level of support. When the pandemic gripped the world, I chose to start doing what comes to me naturally and became a recruiter.
I am Colton Zastrow and I put my energies into strategic planning and building cohesive teams with low turnover.
Building from 5 years of Customer Success Management and 6 years in Sales related positions, my transition into the human capital sector was seamless. While working remotely, I hand-picked and grew a team from 5 to 37 digital media consultants for Nomatic Digital, LLC over a period of nine months while increasing billing upwards of $200,000. I do what it takes to fully understand a client’s needs. Working independently, quickly adapting to employer’s global changes, and learning six new software products (seemingly overnight), I connected contractors with prospective clients, completed negotiations, and followed-up on a weekly basis.
Another employer expanded operations after 90% of their 33 franchises posted profits within their first year of working with me, while piloting a new training program. I offered support in the form of listening, customizing creative solutions, and handling escalations.
One of my greatest achievements to date impacted over 650 small-businesses, as I oversaw, managed, and coordinated a 4-year project to consolidate 2,700 plus accounts (Franchise and Pro-based subscriptions), including staffing reassignments. Morale was increased, efficiencies gained, and productivity raised, all while maintaining a retention rate of greater than 95%.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in International Business, Relations & Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I am an ardent Christopher Nolan and Guy Fieri fan, an avid snowboarder, and can be found cheering on my Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, and CU Buffaloes with family and friends.
