About Melissa Martinet

There are peak performers, super stars, and then the unbelievably successful diamonds in the rough. What does that diamond look like? Perfectly transparent, exquisite, brilliant, flawless, and organic perhaps?
I am Melissa Martinet and I bring to the Lincoln Group over 20 years of human capital management experience in the Denver Market and will be serving as a Managing Director.
A master at fostering win-win solutions, my diverse experiences provide a deep level of understanding of multiple markets, saving Human Resource teams’ valuable time. I do my homework, listen, and learn about my client company’s needs and wants, and am passionate at finding a right fit for all parties.
It all began in 1995 at CORESTAFF Services as an Account Executive. I set my personal bar high, practiced self-discipline, and established a consistent work routine, generating over $1MM in new business in my rookie year. I rose into leadership as a Selling Branch Manager and was subsequently recognized as Regional Branch of the Year for 1998 and 1999.
I joined forces with Ultimate Staffing (Roth Staffing) Services in 2004 as a Major Account Executive and Area Sales Manager. Within six months, I was awarded Partner status as I continued to blaze new trails by opening new offices while remaining at the top of the leader board.
However, I am more than just a top 5% Sales Executive who builds from scratch, my career also includes leadership roles such as being the President of Rainmaker Resources, Inc.; an Executive Recruiter for AllSearch Professional Staffing; the Selling Branch Manager for Advantage Staffing; Market Manager for StaffMark; and Division Director for Accounting Principals/Ajilon. There is no secret to my success. In up or down markets, I value relationships.
I earned my BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado and recently was the Chair of the Business Retention Task Force for Adams County Economic Development Council.
My memberships have included SHRM, Denver Workforce Investment Board and CU Alumni Association.
On a personal level, when pressed for three words that describe me: I share that I am Fun, Fierce, and Loyal. When not at work I can be found enjoying time with family & friends, attending music festivals, exotic trips, sipping a good bourbon and spending time in the outdoors (hiking, golfing, skiing & biking). As a 5th generation Colorado Native, I enjoy spending time at my family’s ranch in southern Colorado.
Staying connected to the community, I volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House and Colorado Pet Pantry.
