About Sarah Ramirez

I am a strong business professional with a diverse background and a creative mind. I am a people person and passionate about helping others and my community. I am a born problem solver with a knack for business operations and growth. I enjoy connecting with people, whether that is through art, direct communication, volunteering, or business development.
I am Sarah Ramirez of the Lincoln Group. In May of 2022, I joined the Lincoln Group as the Operations and Marketing Manager. I am the executive assistant to our President and CEO, Amanda Gladden. I support the Lincoln Group team, manage and create operational procedures, and market the firm’s business.
I bring over ten years of experience as an executive assistant, project manager, and marketing specialist in Commercial Real Estate in the Denver market. With a diverse professional background, I focus my energies on creating organic business growth, looking for new ways to mitigate risk, increase company efficiency, and create further partnership opportunities. I achieved these goals by combining my passion for Social media marketing and branding specialization with my experience working in supportive admin roles since I was 14 years old.
My professional career began in corporate America, working at CBRE in property management. In this role, I procured and negotiated with vendors; managed a +$1M budget for coordinated events hosting more than +3,000 attendees. In addition, I gained hands-on experience in event planning, learned how to manage an office, train and onboard new hires, and created and distributed a monthly newsletter for over 3,000 contacts.
I pivoted to working in the brokerage side of commercial real estate for NAI Shames Makovsky and Benchmark Commercial, managing over 150+ closed commercial real estate transactions and client accounts for +30 sales brokers. To date, one of my most significant professional accomplishments has been redesigning the company website and contributing unique content, increasing traffic by +200% in three months. I was able to achieve this by creating & actively developing the marketing position based on industry climate & emerging trends/data.
I earned my MBA from Regis University with a focus on Brand Management and Digital Marketing. As well as a bachelor’s degree focused in Fine and Studio Arts with a focus in ceramics and a second degree in Anthropology with an emphasis on indigenous people of Latin America from Cornell College.
As a Colorado native, I am passionate about my state, heritage, and community. I am a Junior League Denver member and sit on the Philanthropic board. Outside of volunteering, working, and spending time with loved ones,  I am an artist and create functional ceramic art at Urban Mud Gallery. There I teach pottery wheel classes, consult local artists on brand management and marketing, help market the gallery events, and help manage membership growth.
